Dr. Kelly Brown

Welcome! I am Dr. Kelly A. Brown, an Associate Professor in Educational Leadership and a dedicated scholar-practitioner focused on fostering equity-conscious leadership in education. With more than twenty years of experience in both K-12 and higher education, I bring a deep understanding of system dynamics and their potential for transformation. My efforts are directed towards promoting racial equity, amplifying marginalized voices, and guiding the next generation of educators and leaders. Through teaching, research, and service, I remain grounded in the belief that change begins in community and that bold, justice-driven leadership is possible.
