Research Agenda
My research is driven by a commitment to justice, access, and transformation in education. I explore topics such as AI and imposter phenomenon in doctoral education, race and equity in schools, divisive legislation, and community-engaged reform. Whether I’m elevating women of color in leadership or co-authoring with students, I approach inquiry as a tool for social good. I’m especially interested in the intersections of policy, identity, and power—and how research can catalyze more inclusive, humane, and equitable systems.
