Service Experiences

Service is integral to my academic life; it shapes my leadership approach. I’ve chaired dozens of dissertations, contributed to national editorial boards, co-led equity initiatives, and built platforms for emerging scholars and practitioners. I actively serve in organizations such as AERA, ICPEL, TCPEA, and ASCD, where I help shape the future of educational leadership through a justice-forward lens. For me, service means showing up to advocate, mentor, build, and uplift.
